I'm trying to reach someone from tech support, a real live human but I keep running into dead ends
I have a support ticket number that only took 1.5 hours to obtain ([Personal Information Removed] )

The link on the email I receiver with the case number took me to a webpage with I'm going to assume is Japanese and no english

I need to get this X50 replaced ASAP

Unfortunately, the unit will not power up now.
Can I get a replacement please, this has been going on for two weeks now

Okay, now I'm getting mad

You send me emails that I can't replay to

Then you send me an email saying my case is closed and I still have a dead X50

I want/need a resolution to this issue

It doesn't power up

I spoke with a tech rep in India, who called me on a phone number from Japan

Two days after that without getting a resolution to my problem I receive an email saying my case was closed

I need to speak with a rep and get this issue sorted as fast as possible
