Now on the X70, I have to restart and boot up an IP via DHCP and I go to "Connecting to the cloud" and it doesn't merge at this point.

Perform a factory restoration and continue with the same problem.

I cannot advance the configuration, as well as the web interface showing the same message "Connecting to the cloud".

 

Gonfigure another device in the same red without having any problems.

 

It updates the Studio X70 software 4.1.2.388101

Hello @ByronDavit ,

 

Welcome to the HP community.

 

Unfortunately, your post does not contain the currently used Software version for the HP Poly product, the HP Poly Software, or the Partner application or Provider you are using.

 

Could this be on 4.1.2? Are you using any restrictions in the Network (Proxy) that would not allow the unit to connect to the Internet?

 

If yes, this could be >this< (Partner or Reseller access only)

 

This is important especially in the future when someone finds this post in days, months, or years to come. Please do not simply edit the original post but reply with the versions.

 

If an issue like this cannot be resolved via a public community post, please work with our support organization in your region and I suggest you mention EN-251317 when raising the ticket.

Hi Byron, have you tried reserving an IP address with MAC in DHCP instead of letting DHCP just allocate one?  I'm sure that is how I resolved the issue when I saw the problem.

yo configurè la barra poly con direccionamiento fijo en network pero no se graban las configuraciones y al salir de la configuracion vuelve al estado connecting to cloud

I configured the Poly bar with fixed addressing in Network but the configurations are not recorded and when I exit the configuration it returns to the Connecting to Cloud state

from an internal replication, you can only change the IP but not the DNS as an example, and it fails.

 

Please check the advice and connect the device to a free internet with DHCP and/or work with Poly support.
