the HP Poly community is a community forum where members can ask other volunteers for help.

 

It is not a replacement for our Support infrastructure and if an issue like yours cannot be resolved by other volunteers you will need to contact our support organization for help.

 

I already replied >here< with the most likely root cause and potentially already suggested a workaround (use on open Internet connection with DHCP). If this does not work please use the reference provided and log a ticket.

 

We cannot action on single-sentence replies.

The Studio x50 shows the message "CONNECTING TO THE CLOUD" and does not advance. even on the web admin. how to get get passed this
