can not add a replacement device into My Devices

We had issue with our X70 device. Thanks to the support team, they sent me a new device for replacement.

I already replaced the device with new one. but I can not add this new device to "My Devices". It says my S/N invalid. Do I need some processing to remove the old one from My Devices first?
