Everyone seems to have the same problem .

I entered my password incorectly ONCE and it said " wireless disabled contact the person who set it up"

I cannot find how to factory default to try again. The instructions given by sabretooth04 dont work on the little screen on the printer and there is no page 141 in the user guide provided .

Do I send it back for a refund ?

Please can somone help

The solution is mentioned in #16 and #18 of this thread. It worked for me and others I passed it on to. It's not very intuitive, I had to muddle through it a few times before it made sense, but it does work.

Inferno1424 I've been researching this issue for two days now and I've never seen the option to hit the arrow  4 times until you gave this alternative.  You are very much appreciated!
