Hi,
My account's Monthly Summary isn't showing my Rollover Pages.
It's showing 'Pending'. Annoying?
Can you help, please?

Many thanks, Donal_M. (Finally) Spoke to a human being, Santiago, who sorted me out. The long/short of this is that HP should make it clearer that when you downgrade your Instant Ink account (eg from 300 pages p/m to 100) - even if you're in credit by several hundred pages - you will only get a max Rollover figure equivalent to your plan.
HP would also do well to review their Customer Support facility, which sent me round in circles and was misleading: the page that gives the UK Support number, for example, makes you register your issue online first. When you go through this process, it finally sends you to a private HP support company's site, with a number, and it clearly states that any help from them is going to cost you money (£18 for a one-off).
Because HP's support chain is so inticate, it also opens itself up to abuse from scammers, which is exactly what happened to me on this Forum Site, with 'Vic_TEch' pretending to be one of you guys and making me call a Premium Number (which led to nowhere, other than taking my money for the phone call).
Clarity please, HP, and simplicity = honesty and a satisfied customer.
Thanks for your help, Donal_M.

Hi,
Try logging out of your account and then logging back in to see if that helps. Also try clicking the refresh button beside the current as of date in the top right.

Thanks for reply. Sadly, no good and am going round in circles. Essentially it's an Instant Ink accounting issue and HP, bless them, keep directing me towards spending money for phone support as printer no longer under warranty - even though it's not a technical issue.
Essentially I recently reverted to 100 pages p/mth from 300 p/mth and HP appear to have zeroed my Rollover Pages (I estimate I have almost 600). To add insult to injury the first reply from the Forum ('Vik_Tech') turned out to be spam/phishing - made me phone a dodgy 0203 number, but it soon became obvious our Vik is a crook.
