Advertised 4 months instant ink trial not available

Bought Envy Pro 6430 which is advertised as having a 4-months free trial of instant ink. However, like many others from the looks of the community posts, that was never an option I could opt-in for during printer setup. 

At best, I can enroll and get a 1-month trial, but no way to get the advertised 4-months. Can you advise how this can be applied to my account?
