Product: iMac desktop
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave

Looking at the Amazon support site, since 12/6/20 many Alexa users no longer have the ability to print lists. Alexa is not recognizing the HP printer skill. After 2 hours on Amazon support it was deemed an HP problem with the skill they submitted. Anyone have a fix?  Thanks

 May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
