Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

In my HP Support Assistant I have a notification that I have a promocode 3FREEINK.  I have been an instant ink user for many months now and other than the free months I registered with upon starting the program, I havent done this. Only monthly billing. Where and how in my HP CONNECTED site linked to my Instant Ink profile, can I enter this code. It expires 12/31/2017.

investa is correct @KIMD55, promotional codes are for new subscribers.

i think promotion codes are only applicable for enrolling purposes.......

 

well you can call them to check if they can do something......

So if the 3freeink is only for new customers and it expires on new years eve why isn't it working now?
