Can only print image and PDF Files

I dont know whether my window 10 is 64-bit or 32-bit. 

The issue is I cannot print word file and powerpoints by using this printer. Any solutions??

The printer does not care what it is printing beyond the need to translate the content into printer language.

The software you are using provides the interface between the document and the printer.

For example,

• HP Smart for Windows scans and prints images and PDF files.

• Open your software program (Word, for example) to open / edit / view and Print documents or images.

The printer software should be installed:

1. Install the Full Feature Software (link later in this message)
2. Restart the computer and log in
3. Open your Word document in Office Word
4. Print the document
