HP Envy 4523
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I am having no success in connecting our new HP Envy 4523 to web services and am therefore unable to set up HP Instant Ink plan. The error message on the test page states 'the printer is currently configured with a Domain Name System (DNS) which does not allow the DNS server name to be confirmed. On the diagnostic results on the test page is marks the DNS section as FAIL alonside the 'confirmed' heading.

I have tried solutions suggested in forum posts elsewhere regarding assigning a manual DNS address but when I have gone online to HP web services it will not allow me to follow this process - when I have clicked to select "Enable IPv4 only" it says this is an 'Invalid input'.

Any help would be appreciated in resolving this issue.
