Hello all
I'm still having issues for years to enable eprint web services. When I bought the printer was because of this feature, and I'm not getting support from HP.
I'm getting exactly the same error as this user: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Mobile-Printing-Cloud-Printing/HP-eprint-stops-working-on-HP-Laserjet-...
Same conditions, I tried the same solutions, upgraded even to the latest firmware from 2020-10 but nothing seems to work to get eprint service back again. I was using them with Google Cloud print or just email, but I can't recall now when it stopped and it's a feature I really need and I'm missing, I can't depend on having a computer turned on at home -that's why I bought this printer.
Could anyone help? Things I tried:
- Turn off printer, wait and turn on again
- Manual ip and dns setup (to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 and also the opendns ones)
- Factory reset
- Upgrade firmware
- Contact support of HP via official site.
- Virtual assistant
