@kumar0307 This has been going on for several months. I am not able to use the HP Smart App. You say it may not be available, for months?? I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times, and nothing works. It worked fine for a few months, then all of a sudden it wouldn't. Nothing was changed, just one day it wouldn't work. Error code received: contact HP Support. (Error Code: OW_500_OWSID00001)
