What an absolute disaster. This is a terribly broken process. Your system whjen I finally enter my details for ythe 20th time is looking for a Bank account no (not an IBAN - which is the norm) and is now rejecting my Bank account no, saying it invalid - IT IS NOT INVALID IT IS A VALID ACCOUNT NO.
Please fix this

Why is my bank acc no. Showing as an Invalid No. on your cash back claim form. It is the correct account no. I am entering. Seems like HP are placing unreasonable blockers preventing customers claiming their cash back entitlements.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

Unbelieveably after almost a full day trying to sort this out I have finally managed to submit my claim. This must be designed to make customers give up ....what do HP do with the unclaimed cash backs ??? Do they do something responsible like giving it all to some charity maybe plus whatever tax breaks they may receive for doing so, or do they just keep the money for themselves!
