Hello,

When sending a JPG to the printer via email address (not using app since you have to be on the same network), it prints roughly the size of a standard picture print. I am sure that is what most folks want but I would like to change the default to full screen or stretch to fill page. I can do it from software when I am at the computer, but I would like it to print a full page when someone in the field sends a picture.

Thank you,

Charles

Hi! @Charles83, Thank you for visiting the HP Forums! A great place where you can find solutions for your issues, with help from the community!

I understand when you print from your printer the actual print does not fit the page.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Does the issue persist when you make a copy from your printer?

Have tried printing from a different application?

Are you trying to print from a browser or application?

Have you selected the correct paper size and paper type?

Are you using the eprint app to print the picture?

As you mentioned when you send a picture to an eprint address the picture will not fit to page.

If you are using the eprint feature and sending photos to your printers email address as an attachment, the default print size is 4x6 for photos and A4 for documents - this cannot be changed.

You could download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor to make sure that everything is OK with the printer's software and drivers.

Refer this article to know more information about using HP print and scan doctor.

Try the steps recommended below.

Remove and reload the paper in the input trays, and then check the paper source setting.
Remove all the paper from all the printer input trays.
Reload the paper, and then adjust the paper width guides so they gently rest against the edge of the paper stack.
In the program, you want to print from, click File, and then click Print.
Make sure your printer is in the Name or Printers drop-down list box, and then click Properties, Printer Properties or Preferences.
Click the Paper/Quality tab, and then click Paper Source to select the correct tray.
Click OK, and then try to print.

Refer this article to further troubleshoot paper mismatch errors.
