Hi all!

This may seem like a dumb question but I have tried everything I know how to do to connect my Chromebook to my HP printer and nothing seems to work!

The Chromenbook will say that the printer is printing but the the printer is non responsive. There is no error message, nothing lights up, there is just a total disconnect. The only time the Chromebook and printer seemed to connect is when I registered the printer for Cloud and it printed out a confirmation page.

I've spoken with ASUS, the maker of our Chromebook and they assured me that the problem is with our printer. 

The printer and Chromebook are compatible together, they are on the same wireless network, the printer has printed many times before from my mobile device with no problems.

Any thoughts? What have I not tried yet?

Hi!

So I just tried that and still nothing? The bar for the printing progress on my Chromebook is going all the way through as though it was a successful print but again, no response from the printer?
