how can i get claim code of my printer please need a help?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! I hope you enjoy your stay here.

 

I understand that you are trying to find the claim code for your HP LaserJet Pro M201dw. I can help you with that.

 

Here's what we will do:

  1. Make sure the printer is connected to your wireless network. Once done, we'll need the printer's IP Address.If you do not know the printer's IP Address then on your PC click on Start, Devices and Printers, and Add Printer. This window should show you the printer's IP Address.
  2. Type the printer's IP Address in the address bar of your web browser and press enter.
  3. Click on the Web Services tab.
  4. If you see an option to Remove Web Services then click on that.
    Click on Enable Web Services.

This should force the printer print your claim code. If it does not then please let me know what happened while following my directions and I will be able to assist you further.

 

Please let me know if you have any other questions. Otherwise, have a great day!
