Printer has all of a sudden stopped printing in colour when printing from a iPad or iPhone. The options to choose to print in colour has also disappeared from the print preview on both iPad and iPhone. I have searched online and seen plenty of people with the same issue but no fix why is this being ignored? Is this a hp problem or a iOS problem? The printer will print in colour using a windows 10 laptop just fine. This is frustrating and has being going since the end of November (does iOS 16 have something do with this)

When printing from a iPad or iPhone using iOS 16 there is no option to print in colour.
As I said in my previous post the printer is fine otherwise and will print from both a windows 10 laptop and desk top in colour.
