HP Photosmart 7520 All in One Printer
macOS 10.13 High Sierra

We installed a new router.  Since then, we cannot connect the printer to the wifi.  Tried everything.  The printer panel says it is connected.  But when I try to print something, then look at the que, it says Printer is Not Connected.

I wrote to HP several days ago, and asked for help....Did not receive a response.

Thank you for being a part of HP Forums. I'm here to help.

Resetting the printer network settings and then removing and re-adding print driver may resolve the issue, let's try these steps:

1.) Unplug your modem/router and leave it powered off.

2.) Restart your printer, from the printer control panel, touch or swipe down the tab at the top of the screen to open the

Dashboard, and then touch "Setup". touch 'Network Setup", touch "Restore Network Settings".

3.) Power off your printer

4.) Reconnect your modem/router and wait for it to re-establish its internet connection.

5.) Power on your printer.

6.) From the Home screen on the printer display, touch the Wireless icon

7.) On the Wireless summary screen, touch Settings and then touch Wireless Setup Wizard. Follow the onscreen instructions to connect the printer to your home WiFi.

8.) Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.

9.) Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, If your printer is listed, click the printer name, click the minus sign to delete the printer.

10.) Click the plus sign , click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name.

11.) Confirm AirPrint or Secure AirPrint displays in the Use or Print Using menu, and then click Add.

12.) Open a document or photo, click File, and then click Print.

Let me know how it goes!
