Product: Pavilion 23
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

New printer was all set up and working fine. I checked the WiFi and it said that I had no Internet.

I shut everything down and unplugged everything. I'm trying to set up the printer again.  I couldn't enter the SSID number or the password.  They were not available online.  How do I get these two items added.
