I have tried these steps below and does not work

1. Obtain your printer's IP address

        a. This can be done by pressing the wireless icon on printer.

2. Enter the printer's IP address in a browser.

3. Select the network tab at the top of the page.

4. On the left select networking.

5. Select Network Address (IP)

6. Select Manual DNS Server

        a. Manual Preferred DNS should read 8.8.8.8

        b. Alternate DNS Server should read. 8.8.4.4

7. Select apply you might get a warning just select okay.

These are my settings:

Configuration parameters, such as host and domain names, can be set by different configuration methods. The order in which the methods are listed determines which configuration method has precedence over another method. Select a method and use the arrows to move that item higher or lower in the list. For example, the Host Name setting will use a DHCPv4 provided host name instead of a DHCPv6 provided host name if DHCP/Bootp is higher than DHCPv6 in the list.

Hi,

Since your network configuration is set to manual, I would first recommend to test it using a DHCP. Reason why is because you are using a DNS from google, which is a good workaround but problably it is not the one assigned by the router to the devices in your network enviroment.

How network configuration looks like from Command Prompt

DCHP.PNG

1- Restore network defaults on your printer

2- Set network configuration to DHCP

3- Get Subnet mask, default gateway and DNS of your computer by typing ipconfig/all from the Command Prompt

4- Get the network configuration of your printer to compare the values. Subnet mask, default gateway and DNS should be the same

5- Make sure date and time is sinchronized

6- Make sure printer has the latest firmware version

7- Enable web services from the web interface of your printer

Note. I am assuming that the network configuration of your computer is DHCP, this is the best way to test connectivity issues out of your local network

Everything is all good. Before your reply like with anything nowadays I reset the defaults on the printer and it picked up a brand new IP along with all the appropriate Ip4 and DNS connection settings. Then worked like a charm. Now enjoying all the benefits of this printer. 2 years later.....😫
