I bought a HP Inkjet Pro 8024 a few months ago and auto enrolled it in the ink scheme. It is a second printer that I hardly use so I have unenrolled it. Now it is telling me that I cannot use it as it is not enrolled. How do I go about using it without enrolling it? Thanks in advance

Please send us a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
Are you using the instant ink cartridges on the printer after cancelling the enrollment?

My instant ink email account is super15@hotmail.co.uk
I am trying to use the coloured cartridges bought whilst enrolled but have bought a new black cartridge.
