I have a new WiFi setup which was connected to the printer. Now I changed the name of the WiFi and nothing else, and the printer won’t work. My Mac is at Geek Squad getting repaired and I’m trying to print off my iPad and the printer won’t recognize the WiFi even though only the name was changed. I can’t reload the software, what can I do?

A warm welcome to HP Community!
I believe we can use HP Easy start application and auto wireless connect feature to connect the printer to your home wireless network. Let's try these steps:
1.) On the printer control panel, press and hold the Wireless button and the Cancel button
at the same time for 5 seconds. (This steps will restore default wireless settings on the printer and enable Auto Wireless connect. Immediately continue to the next step to install the software. You have approximately 120 minutes to complete the software setup using the HP auto wireless connect feature.)
2.) Download and run HP Easy start from here.
3.) Follow the onscreen instructions to connect the printer to your home wireless network.
Let me know how it goes!
