Thanks again for your replay.

What about the option to "Delay when ports are active? how can I keep the ports active?

Orentvila_0-1584548384999.png

Idea: to write a script that quires (ping) the printer every X minutes, will that help to keep the ports alive?

One more thing: Is there a way to access the printer's configuration file to change parameters that can't be changed via GUI?

Please help me find solution for this issue, I have 15 printers spread in different locations with this issue.

I currently stopped our buyer from purchasing more printer from this model, but from what you're saying this issue will appear on all model?

Thanks

Oren

@Orentvila

As long as the ports are active and keep receiving signals to print, the Printer will stay ON

This is infact not considered an issue since it is by design to reduce power consumption and it's Environmental effects 😊
