@Jalanis3, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding Print Issues with iPhone on HP ENVY 6055e!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It seems you are facing printing issues with your new iPhone 16 Pro using the HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer. Here's a step-by-step guide to resolve this issue:

Verify Printer Connection

Ensure the Printer is Connected to Wi-Fi:

  • Make sure your printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone.
  • If your printer has a touchscreen, check the network settings via the printer’s control panel.

Check Printer Status:

  • Ensure that the printer is not in sleep mode. You can wake it up by touching the control panel or pressing the Power button.

Restart and Reconnect

Restart Devices:

  • Restart both your iPhone and the printer to reset any temporary errors.

Reconnect to Wi-Fi:

  • Turn off Wi-Fi on your iPhone and then turn it back on. Ensure it reconnects to the same network.

Ensure Printing Capability on the iPhone

  1. Enable Bluetooth and AirPrint:
    • Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your iPhone for detecting the printer.
    • Make sure AirPrint is enabled, which is usually built into iOS devices.

HP Smart App

  1. Check HP Smart App Installation:
    • Download and install the HP Smart app on your iPhone.
    • Set up the printer again using the HP Smart app to ensure the latest updates and proper configuration.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
