Documents won't fully send

HP Recommended
Hp envy 4500

Document never prints, laptop says delivering printer says receiving but it never finishes. This is when trying to print from laptop/mobile.

I'd like to help!

 

To assist better-

  • How is the printer connected to your device Wifi or USB?
  • What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android or an iPhone?

If wireless,

  • What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
  • I would like to know, is your router set to work on the 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
  • Is the printer connected to a public or a private network?
