Hi @GerardBr,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
Duplex options: Manual (driver support provided)
Check PDF Settings:
If the printer supports duplex printing and you're still having trouble, check the PDF settings in the iOS app you're using to view the PDF. Some PDF viewers or apps have their own printing options, and you might need to enable double-sided printing within the app.
Use the Built-in iOS Print Option:
To print from an iOS device, use the built-in AirPrint feature. Follow these steps:
a. Make sure your iOS device and the HP Officejet 250 are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
b. Open the PDF you want to print on your iOS device.
c. Tap the "Share" button (the square with an arrow pointing up) or the "Print" button (depending on your app and iOS version).
d. Select your HP Officejet 250 printer from the list of available printers.
e. Tap on "Options" or "Printer Options," depending on your iOS version.
f. Look for "Two-Sided" or "Duplex Printing" and make sure it's enabled.
g. Adjust any other print settings as needed.
h. Finally, tap "Print" to start printing the PDF with double-sided pages.
Check Printer Settings:
If none of the above steps work, check the printer settings directly on the HP Officejet 250. Look for any settings related to double-sided or duplex printing and ensure they are enabled.
If, after trying all these steps, you still cannot print double-sided PDFs from your iOS device, it's possible that your printer model does not support this feature when printing directly from iOS devices. In such cases, you might need to print the PDF from a computer where you have more control over print settings.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
