I've tried eveything  and I am still unable to connect my printer to Web Services without success.  Is the HP server down? I've tried the following:

-Resetting the Wifi,

-Changing the IP address configuration (DSN server to 8.8.8.8. and secondary to 8.8.4.4),

- Waiting a few days,

- Any other provided solutions from this site.

I would love to sign on to Instant Ink but it seems impossible at this point.

Please help.

Thank you for your reply. I did try using your troubleshooting technique but nothing works.

Please note, I do not have a router, only a Bell modem (Hub 2000) which acts as a Router.

Thanks for getting back to me @AnalogMig.

Try disabling the IPv6 from the printer's Embedded Web Server.

Disable IPv6 on the printer to ensure that IPv4 is used on your network.
Use the embedded web server (EWS) to turn off IPv6.
From a computer connected to your network, type the printer IP address into the URL field of your Internet browser.
NOTE: If the Web page appears blank, try a different Internet browser.
Click the Network or Networking tab, and then open the section or page for your network type - wired or wireless.
Select Enable IPv4 only (or similar).

If you are still having issues, contact the router company to make sure the following settings are correct:
  • Make sure all the ports are open.
  • Enable Multicasting.
  • Disable Mac filtering/Mac cloning.
Please keep me posted. Thanks!

Well, I feel foolish now. I simply retarted my modem and now everything works like a charm.  Must have been my modem.

Thank you for your help.

Thanks for letting me know everything is working again @AnalogMig.

Don't feel foolish, sometimes these things happen for a reason. If in doubt restart everything.

Have a wonderful day!
