I am trying to setup easy replenish on the Best Buy website, and when going through the wizard, it sends me to the HP site and has me enter a Printer Claim Code, but that code is not recognized. I have reprinted it, removed the web service and re-added it, and still nothing. Best Buy said to contact HP support, so now I am trying to see if anyone can assist me here.

Hi @bschwart
Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
I assume this service is from Bestbuy and not from HP.
From HP we have Instant Ink service available for you.
Instant Ink printing plans are based on pages, not cartridges. You choose an Instant Ink plan based on the number of pages you would like to print monthly. Your monthly plan fee enables you to use the subscription cartridges to print your plan pages, and includes ink delivery and recycling.
Click here for more info and to know how to enroll the printer.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

easy replenish from Best Buy is a partnership between Best Buy and HP. The HP portion doesn’t work. I can’t use instant ink because I don't print that frequently and just want new cartridges when I need them.
I just want to know how can I get HP to recognize the printer claim code when i go to that url: https://replenishment.usa.hp.com/autoreplenishment/web/claim/manual/claim

I understand your concern and I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact.
Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here:
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
