Email to xyz...@hpeprint.com fails with Server error: '550 invalid DNS MX or A/AAAA resource record'

Dear HP experts,

When I send an email to my printer [edit] @hpeprint.com (of course changed named)) from any account at the leading German mail provider like gmx.de, web.de, freenet.de or my personal domain then I get an error like:

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached:

      'xyz...@hpeprint.com' on 06.02.2020 11:43

            Server error: '550 invalid DNS MX or A/AAAA resource record'

It does work from gmail.com and from my company mail address.

Thus it seems HP made a misconfiguration of the hpeprint.com domain that's detected by the much more stricter checks in Europe. Is someone at HP able to fix this?

And check if it works.
