Help! I'm ready to throw either my laptop or printer out the window! 

I have uninstalled the printer, cleared the spool, attempted to connect via wifi direct and I keep getting the error code on my laptop "printer needs intervention".  I can print from my phone without a problem.  Can someone please help?
