My old printer connected with HP PRINT.
My new printer is connected to my router but will not print.
when the photo comes up on hp print, only the old printer is named, and I cannot get the new printer listed.

I understand that you are unable to print with the new printer. I'd like to help!
Since you mentioned that, it shows the older printer, if you are not using the older printer, uninstall that printer. Or uninstall and reinstall the HP smart app and add the new printer.
