Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

Hi,

I have a new printer and I can't get it to connect, so the WI Fi continues to flash.

I can only connect via my android as I don't have a laptop or static computer so the option given to connect that way, I can not do.

I have re booted the router and turned things on and off several times, uninstalled the App, tried everything......any suggestions?

@ACL68 I'm afraid if the router is dual-band that may cause an issue, so please check that out on priority,

Use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
