Hello @dvortex, thanks for the reply. Will I need to pay if I print more pages?

Hello, @Vagott

When I checked your account, you have already initiated cancellation of the service. Also, your account was in the trial period for a couple of more months.

Hence I guess you are using your regular cartridges to print and you do not need to pay any subscription fees for the same.

Good luck 🙂

Nope, every time I print something it goes through instant ink. I had a warning saying that I did print 11/15 pages and after that I will be paying a euro per set av 10...
What do you mean by a couple of months? I thought it was one month notice?
None of this is helping. I still have my problem and now it's for a couple of months?

Thank you for trying to help.

I understood that I was unfortunately stuck in this program an I tried to cancel. What I wish to know is how do I print outside of "ink direct".
I have the printer, I have cartridges, it shouldn't be that hard to print in a way that not rip me off?

Hi @Vagott,

Thank you for replying,

As I understand you are looking to print outside of HP Instant ink? Yes, If you have trade in cartridges (Regular cartridges either purchased from store or from HP), you can go ahead and remove the instant ink cartridges and use these cartridges until the ink depletes.

Note: Please don't remove the instant ink cartridges until you exhaust your pages. Once you have exhausted your pages, and if you don't wish to pay for additional pages, you can use the regular cartridges.

Since you are unhappy with the plan. I'm going to escalate your concern to HP’s Support Team in your region to have it reviewed for available options if any.

You should be contacted within 4 business days (Excluding Holidays & Weekends).

Response times may vary by region.

Please send a Private Message, if you aren’t contacted within 4-5 business days.

Hello @Jeet_singh,

I have only 15 pages in HP Instant ink so the pages will be exhausted very soon.

So I should now throw away those cartridges? Those cartridges came with the printer, which means I paid for them. Do you mean that because of the bloody intant ink scam, I can just throw away good cartridges I bought?

Hi,

The issue is not solved, so please do not mark it as if it was.

In addition to all the time spent on the forum, I don't plan to wait 30 minutes on the phone.

I received a ridiculous email stating that I miss the appointed time for telephone conversation, which was over the top.

Reply to that please: Should I throw away cartridges that I paid for, on account of HP instant ink scam?
