Operating System: iOS

My printer could not connect to Wi-fi so I did a factory reset on the printer. The printer now is on the wi-fi network, but I am getting an error saying “cartridge cannot be used without Instant Ink.” I of course have an instant ink subscription. When I try to log into the Insta ink website on my phone, I get a green spinning wheel. Can anyone help?

@KevinPenn, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

 

I understand you are not able to print due to this error. As the printer was reset to factory settings, the Instant Ink data on the printer is also deleted. Hence, you will have to re-enroll the printer in Instant Ink. You do not have to pay.

 

For assistance, refer to - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

Make sure web services are enabled.
