I have a mobile HP Officejet H470 printer. I have have a problem with blinking left ink light (color ink). This printer should still printing with only black ink, but there's a problem - left light is blinking and when I try to print something nothing happened any reaction...
I followed the troubleshooting steps at http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01182351 but it didn't fix the problem. I cleaned the contacts on the cartridge and inside the printer, I bought a new color cartridge but I still have the same problem. Can you help?

I see that you are having some issues with a cartridge error in your Officejet H470 Printer. I can help you with that, however it appears that you have already performed all troubleshooting steps available for that issue. If that is the case, the printer needs to be replaced. You can contact HP Support by clicking on this link and filling out the form at the bottom to discuss options based on your warranty.
