(1) The HP Smart App does not see all of my subfolders, and so it does not see all my PDFs.  This appears to be a bug in HP Smart.

(2) After I submit printer serial number in the HP Contact link you provided, it sends me back to the HP Forums.  There is no option to contact a support person to resolve the duplex bug in the HP Print Service Plugin.

HOW CAN HP'S ANDROID PRINTING BUGS BE REPORTED TO HP TECHNICAL SUPPORT??
