HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw

Using the HP Smart app on an iPhone 12, iOS version 16.5.1  I have successfully added my Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283fdw to the app. The printer firmware is updated to version 2023-03-21. When I click on the "Printables" tile, I get a "No Internet Connection" error. The printer is online and all other apps on the phone connect to the internet just fine. I've tried reinstalling the app and that does not help.

My app connected to to a 4155e says the same thing.

This solution does not apply to my situation as I do not have Spanish or any other secondary languages selected on my phone.
