I recently started my printer up again. I bought brand new ink and installed It. I printed alignment and demo pages, all of which came out perfectly. I connected my printer to a wireless network that my MacBook is also on. Connection worked perfectly as well. I found the printer on my MacBook and attempted to print a testing page from Microsoft Word as well as a regular document from a website. Both of which printed only a couple words- half a page with the words not even being fully black. I am not sure what to do. I’ve tried reconnecting, re powering. It seems to only be a problem when printing from my MacBook.

Hi @AbbyTimb,
I'd like to help!
To better assist you -
1) Does the copy print out the same way?
2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices?
While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -
-
Load plain white paper in the input tray.
-
From the printer control panel, open the Setup
menu.
-
Open the Reports or Tools menu.
-
Touch Print Quality Report.
Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
