To photosmart 370

Was just given this hp photo smart 370 printer and i cam not get it to connect to bluetooth ob any device connect to my laptop and it will not read a memory card. I have fallowed the steps in the instruction manual and still nothing. How can i set up the bluetooth of conect to laptop

This is a 15 years old printer. Did you buy it with Bluetooth adapter option ?

The adapter may be too old too but BT should be backward compatible and you can connect it to your computer. I don't think there is a driver for it since it is too old.

 

You can print photos from a digital camera which supports PictBridge using the USB cable that came with the camera

It may not be able to connect.

 

The product was introduced in 2004

 

Specifications 

 

I don't know if Bluetooth adapters have changed significantly in the last (almost two) decades - you could try a different bluetooth adapter.

 

There has not been printer software for this printer for a number of years.

 

If you connect the device with a USB cable, there is indication in the Software and Drivers category that the Windows print drivers may be sufficient to at least provide for basic print functions. 

 

I am not at all sure "basic print functions" would include a modern day memory card.

Tha k you i will give it a try and see if i can get the USB to work in also looking for the cable i noticed missing from printer. Maybe that will help. Thank you so so much for your help

Printer was given to me. I will order the adapter. Thank you so much for the advice I did not see how old the printer was until after posting
