Can you connect to the printer with a wired ethernet connection to the router.  Do not worry about loading the printer but if your router has an open port, connect the printer, turn it on and wait for it to find an ip address from the router.  Go to reports and print a network or config page which should show the ip address of the printer.  Now type that address into your web browser on any of your computers and when the web page comes up see if there is a section on the page to activate or change the wireless settings.  It may be there and if it is you then change those settings.  You could also keep the printer connected to the router if you can not change the settings and use the ip address or hostname of the printer to load it on all your wireless computers since they will still be able to print using the ip address of the printer.  Good Luck.

Hallelujah!  That works.  After hours and days trying...I plugged it into the NUMBER ONE slot (had tried before in a

different slow) and now it works.  I'm just going to leave the ethernet cable in and use it that way.

Thank you so much for helping...I might take it a step farther..and remove the cable and see if it works..but

going to wait awhile!

I'M SO HAPPY.
