@Anekant

Welcome to the HP Community

Are you trying to connect the printer to the network within the building?

Could you brief me abt your connectivity?

For Wide area network printer might need permission to get connected to the network.

However,  Click on this document: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-laserjet-pro-mfp-m126-series/5396665/model/5303411/document/... for  Wireless Printer Setup.

Keep me posted, how it goes!

Have a great day!

Cheers:)

@Anekant

Are you able to print from other devices that are connected on a local network?

Could you please let me know the remote access software that you are using?

And also can you check if the printer can receive ePrint emails?

Keep me posted!

Have a great day!

Cheers:)

@Anekant I'm writing on behalf of my colleague @Raj1788 as the tech is out of the office for the day,

I've reviewed your concern and I'm afraid you may need to contact a local store tech or the ISP to get the remove setup checked, as the issue isn't with the printer but the way the remote session is set up,

If you wish HP to help you with this, you may get in touch with the smart friend team to resolve the issue as this is a complex concern and will require an advanced team.

I suggest you talk to HP support and discuss your options:

follow the below steps to get started:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Click on "Continue as guest".

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Click on "Show Options".

Fill the web-form, to populate a case number and phone number for yourself!

Also, if you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty, is yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from,
