I have a wireless network set up and now I want to add a wireless printer. I using Chromebook and I would like to use Google Cloud to print . The model is compatible but the device will appear on the network. What can I do to reselove this issue? Thank you.

Take a look at Chapter 7 of your User Guide.
Page 67 starts the "Connect the Printer" section. After you have successfully connected the printer to the network, try using the HP Print app on your Chromebook again.

Hello, and Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I would suggest you install the "HP Print" app from the Chrome Web Store, add your printer to it using its IP address on your network.
When in the Chrome browser, either press cntrl-P or tell it to Print. You'll see a window open that normally has as the "Destination" as "Save as PDF". Tap the Change button and select your printer. Now you can print wirelessly to the printer directly.
