How to Enable Print Anywhere

1. Open the HP Smart App on your Windows 11 PC or mobile device.
2. Sign in with your HP account (required for HP+ features).
3. Click your account icon (top right corner) or your initials.
4. Select Manage HP Account.
5. Under your Account Dashboard, go to Solutions > Print Anywhere.
6. Under My Printers, make sure:
   • “Allow printing from anywhere” is enabled.
   • “Require Private Pickup” is disabled (this is what you're trying to turn off).

What Is Private Pickup?

• Private Pickup is an optional feature that holds print jobs until you're near the printer.
• Disabling it allows your print jobs to print immediately, which is the standard Print Anywhere behavior.
