Welcome to HP Support Forums. A really great platform for posting all your questions and finding solutions.
I understand that you need help with the Printer's display keyboard.
May I know what exactly are you trying to do?
Is the touch display not responding?
You can start with a Printer Reset
(1) Turn the printer on, if it is not already on.
(2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent before you continue.
(3) With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
(4) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
(5) Wait at least 60 seconds.
(6) Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printer power cord directly to the wall outlet.
(7) Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the printer.
(8) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
The printer might go through a warm-up period. The printer lights might flash, and the carriage might move.
Wait until the warm-up period finishes and your printer is idle and silent before you proceed.
You can also update the Firmware from this Link: https://hp.care/2H2YrzD
Please keep me posted about the exact issue.
Thank you 🙂

I just spent 4 hours online getting my new printer set up. I still do not have an answer to my question and the techs that set up my printer could not answer my question.
How do I type in my password, for example when I try to type the letter "O", the letter "M" keeps coming up; how do you use this keyboard to type words when all of the letters are stuck together.

Thanks for your reply. This is by design since the product is a Printer which has a smaller display.
Since you are finding it difficult to type on the small screen you can try making use of a stylus if you have one.
Thank you 🙂

The stylus does not work. You cannot select an individual letter; why do you even attempt to have a semblance of a keyboard if it cannot be used at all. Have you ever used it? Try it and let me know how you do.

This solution did not work. I still do not think you understand my question. Simply how do I use the keyboard. Can you demonstrate how you can type a word or any characters using the keyboard. I can't type anything at all.
