Please can you tell me how to remove/delete an old email address from the scan to email feature on my HP envy 5530 printer. The email address no longer exists so I am unable to request a new PIN number. I have tried everything.

Hi,

Click the HP ePrint icon and tap the gear icon or the settings button and select Remove Web Services. Be sure to confirm any prompt.

 

Next open the Scan to Email app and follow the steps to re-enable web services and re-register the app by providing your valid email address and following the steps on screen.
