Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you.
Check the blue light beside the wireless icon(Antenna), if the light is steady, the wifi is ON.
- Make sure the printer and the iOS device are connected to the same wireless network.
- This printer supports only 2.4GHz network. So, the iOS device should be on the 2.4GHz network.
Kindly refer to this document to know how to print from an iOS device.
Alternatively, you may also use the HP Smart app to print and scan from your iOS device

Note: I also see that the color ink cartridge is empty. You will have to replace it.
