Hello! Just wondering if anyone knows what happens to ePrint email addresses once the connected printer has been removed from the account? I did this and assumed I could use the former ePrint address with my new printer but it told me it was already in use when I know for a fact that it is not. Is there anyway to retrieve this ? Especially as both were connected to the same account ?? Many thanks x

Change Your HP ePrint Email Address
FAQ
Why am I unable to reuse my previous HP ePrint email address?
- If you have access to the other account, remove the printer from that account, and then add it to your account. Do not turn off Web Services during the transfer or the custom address cannot be used again for six months.
- If you do not have access to the other account, create a new custom email address. You can reuse the previous email address in six months.

Personally, I've been caught by this more than once.
The first time, I dug it at, fought with it, and generally pounded my mouse on the desk...
My ePrint account is now a "version" of the original with the number 3 added to the end of the address.
EXAMPLE
Add one letter or number to your ePrint address to change it enough that you can use ePrint.
Old ePrint Address: dragon @ hpeprint.com
New ePrint Address: dragon3 @ hpeprint.com
