Yes I have a hp printer iPhone and iPad installed hp smart app every time I set to print a photo no matter what size I set it to it print full page evert time any help will be greatly appreciated and thanks in advances

To provide you with an accurate solution, I'd like to know the following-

 

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc. 

 

Meanwhile, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

 

Also, refer to the document HP Printers - Install and Use the HP Smart App for help.
