Do we have a usb cable to connect my laptop in the shipped box?

On the bottom of the box it should have a packing list. 

 

This video is dragged out longer than it needs to but they got a usb cable in the box:

Find it hard to believe the 2632 has a usb cable and the 2633 not.

I see.... so I did not really receive the cable in the box. Do you know how  I can ask customes support to get a cable?

The printer does not include a USB cable in the box, a such need to be purchased separately.

Thank you very much, but I found that for DeskJet 2630 and 2631, usb cables are both shipped, is that carelessness of staff or the difference between 2633 and 2630?

If its not on the "in the Box" list its not intended to be included so unfortunately you have to buy one.
